We are hiring - Agent (Concierge)

We are looking for a Concierge Buyer to join our Concierge Team and support the seamless fulfilment of bespoke client requests. The role involves coordinating with selected partners and suppliers, identifying suitable solutions, and overseeing the fulfilment of requests in line with our high standards of service, discretion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing requests with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Coordinate the purchasing process from request to delivery.
• Communicate with external partners and service providers on behalf of the Concierge Team.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all requests.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted partners and external contacts.
• Handle sensitive or time-critical requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure all activities are aligned with the company's standards and internal policies.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in purchasing, concierge, luxury retail or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and client orientation.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: salary will be commensurate with experience.
