Class Mentor

Available to Start: 19 August 2026

Salary Requirement: To be discussed / Negotiable upon agreement

Key Requirements:

• A university degree or equivalent 
• Minimum intermediate level of English 
• Teaching experience in secondary education is preferred 
• Strong knowledge and/or experience and/or enthusiasm to teach in the IB MYP/DP curriculum framework 
• Intercultural awareness and well-developed interpersonal skills 
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning 
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Discuss and contribute to decisions on how identified student needs are addressed 
• Implement strategies to support students’ self-esteem and confidence-building activities 
• Monitor student attendance and punctuality 
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and evaluations 
• Prepare the classroom for learning activities 
• Provide academic guidance to students individually and/or in groups regarding curriculum requirements, subject selection, academic policies and procedures, and school resources
