Cluster Food & Beverage Manager

Job responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies, operational plans, and procedures in line with the hotel’s business objectives.
• Manage daily operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Monitor F&B revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team to ensure high performance and service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate actions to improve the overall dining experience.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and effective event and banquet execution.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships in coordination with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a multiproperty hotel environment.
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory F&B role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and overall F&B operations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial and cost-control knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel/F&B management systems.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is required.
• Guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage multiproperty in a fast-paced environment.
