Commercial & Leasing Manager (Office Space Rentals)

Main Objective

• Ensure effective occupancy of available premises and establish long-term, productive relationships with tenants and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and attract tenants, conduct negotiations, and support tenants at all stages of the leasing process.
• Present the business center and vacant spaces to potential clients.
• Manage the full commercial leasing cycle.
• Establish and maintain contact with potential tenants, negotiate lease terms.
• Monitor the commercial real estate market and develop leasing proposals.
• Prepare and maintain reports on client interactions and signed contracts.
• Actively participate in industry events to expand the contact base and discover new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate (preferably in office leasing).
• Higher education (preferably in Economics, Law, or Management).
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, leadership qualities, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, good command of Russian and English.
• Ability to prepare and present professional commercial offers.
• Knowledge of leasing principles, business etiquette, and negotiation techniques.
• Confident PC user; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
