Concierge Service Specialist (Chat)

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with accurate and complete information in response to their inquiries;
• Take a proactive approach to resolving non-standard situations and finding optimal solutions for customers;
• Advise customers on the company’s products and services;
• Maintain internal reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Good command of English (required);
• Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently using an appropriate tone;
• Fast and accurate typing skills;
• Proficiency in office software;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (operator or customer support).

Working Conditions:

• Shift schedule: alternating day/night shifts
• Day shift: 10:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 10:00
• It is not possible to choose only day shifts or only night shifts.
• Salary: 1000 AZN
