We are growing our team and looking for a talented Content Manager/Reels maker to shape and deliver engaging content across social media platforms.

Role Overview:

• As a Content Manager/Reels maker at Bloom Group, you will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven content that helps our clients stand out across digital platforms. This role requires a highly creative individual who is passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and short-form phone video production. You will take ownership of the content creation process—from generating original content ideas and developing monthly content plans to shooting, filming, and editing high-performing Reels, TikToks, and other short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop monthly content strategies for social media, both for clients and the agency
• Developing creative content ideas aligned with each brand's strategy, objectives, and target audience.
• Manage and coordinate professional photo and video shootings for creation of content
• Creating engaging Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content from concept to final delivery.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.
• Collaborating with designers, digital marketers, account managers, and clients to execute content strategies.
• Ensuring all content is consistent with each brand's tone of voice, visual identity, and marketing objectives.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Writing scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for video productions.
• Maintain a content calendar to schedule posts and ensure a consistent flow of content for clients and an agency
• Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels / TikToks created for brands or personal projects
• Proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, and platform algorithms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani language is required. English and Russian are an advantage

Nice to Have:

• Photography/Videography, motion graphics, or graphic design skills
