Sea Breeze Resort is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Specialist to manage internal and external communications through digital content and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s internal social network with daily content and activities;
• Manage the HR Department’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages;
• Create, edit, and publish daily content in English (and Azerbaijani/Russian when required);
• Ensure all content is engaging, aligned with the company’s brand voice, and free of errors;
• Write, edit, and proofread content for various communication channels;
• Create basic visual content and collaborate on design materials;
• Upload and manage stories, posts, reels, and other social media content;
• Assist with content planning and maintain content calendars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian;
• English proficiency is an advantage;
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences;
• Understanding of content planning, social media trends, and basic visual content formats;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
