Cost Controller Intern / Assistant

What is expected from the candidate:

• Work closely with restaurant teams to monitor wastage and portion control;
• Assist in preparing cost comparison reports for food, beverages, and consumables;
• Participate in monthly stock counts and variance analysis;
• Get signed 'stock list', transfers, "employee meal file" scan and add to database;
• Checking price deviation report, contacting accountants and correcting mistakes;
• Support the Finance team in preparing monthly financial reports;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Cost Controller.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Experience in Accounting, Cost Controlling or Finance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages.
