Cutting Control Specialist

Role Synopsis:

• The Cutting Control Specialist is responsible for analysing cutting losses, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports, supporting cutting plan execution, and ensuring accurate inventory and production data recording. The position focuses on improving process transparency, controlling waste levels, and supporting overall production efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

• Receiving and accurately recording all fabrics delivered to the cutting department; 
• Recording fabric remnants (waste/fire) and leftover materials generated after the cutting process; 
• Monitoring and systematically documenting cutting errors and production losses; 
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly waste (fire) reports and submitting them to management; 
• Supporting the monitoring of cutting plan execution and identifying deviations; 
• Continuously tracking, analyzing, and reporting waste and productivity indicators; 
• Ensuring a transparent inventory and recording system in the cutting process; 
• Providing suggestions to improve overall process efficiency based on collected data.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant fields; 
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; 
• Ability to work with reports and accurately analyses numerical data; 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful approach to work; 
• Good teamwork and communication skills; 
• Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and interest in production processes. 

Working Conditions:

• Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan
• Shuttle bus service (from 20 Yanvar) and lunch are provided
