Work Location: Offshore Operation Vessel

Requirements

• Technical education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role on a construction vessel within the Oil & Gas industry
• BP Module 1 or 2 certificate – mandatory
• Azerbaijani – fluent
• English – upper-intermediate

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise lifting and rigging operations safely
• Lead and coordinate riggers, crane operators and helpers
• Manage deck space, equipment movements and material handling
• Ensure all lifting and rigging equipment is certified, inspected and fit for use
• Conduct Tool Box Talks and support preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Carry out area/HSE inspections and PTW audits
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, incidents and near misses
• Maintain high housekeeping and dropped-object prevention standards
• Promote and enforce a strong HSE/HSEQ safety culture across offshore operations
