Dispatcher for Appliance repair US market

Professional dispatching company providing remote dispatch and customer service solutions for home service businesses across the United States.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Trilingual Dispatcher to join our team and work with US-based clients.

Languages Required

1. 🇦🇿 Azerbaijani — fluent
2. 🇹🇷 Turkish — fluent
3. 🇺🇸 English — strong spoken and written English

Responsibilities

1. Answer incoming calls from customers in the United States
2. Communicate with customers professionally and politely
3. Schedule and confirm service appointments
4. Communicate with technicians and coordinate their schedules
5. Receive and process new service requests
6. Follow up with customers regarding appointments
7. Update customer information in the CRM
8. Handle basic customer questions and requests
9. Make outbound calls when necessary
10. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and technicians

Requirements

1. Fluent Azerbaijani and Turkish
2. Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation
3. Good communication and customer service skills
4. Comfortable speaking with US customers over the phone
5. Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
6. Computer/laptop and headset
7. Ability to work independently
8. Responsible, punctual and organized
9. Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, appointment setting or dispatching is a plus
