English Tutor (Weekend)

CELT Colleges, Xətai branch, is looking for an enthusiastic English Tutor to join our weekend team (Saturday and Sunday). We are seeking native or near-native English speakers from Europe, the USA, Canada, or Australia who are currently living in Azerbaijan. This is a weekend-only role — ideal if you already work or study elsewhere during the week. You will deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons to students preparing to learn English and study abroad.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students of various ages and levels;
• Develop learners' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive teaching;
• Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) and study-abroad goals where required;
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback;
• Create a positive, encouraging, and motivating classroom atmosphere;
• Coordinate with the academic team to maintain teaching standards.

Requirements

• Currently living in Azerbaijan (this is a key requirement);
• Native or near-native English speaker, preferably from Europe, the USA, Canada, or Australia;
• Available on weekends — perfect if you work or study elsewhere during the week and want a weekend role;
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient approach with students;
• Previous English teaching experience is a plus; passionate first-time teachers are also welcome;
• Reliable, professional, and able to commit to weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday).
