Executive Assistant (Tech and AI focused)

We are looking for a responsible and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support senior management in daily operations and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with modern technology and AI tools.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant (Tech and AI focused):

• Managing schedules, meetings, and daily coordination
• Handling emails and prioritizing important tasks
• Following up on internal projects and deadlines
• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms to improve workflow efficiency
• Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good understanding of technology and AI tools
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory
