Expediter Officer - IRES (Bakı, 2026)

We are looking for an experienced Expediter Officer to join a dynamic project team and ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment through effective vendor coordination and supply chain monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Orders (POs) and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent potential delays.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm receipt and acknowledgment of Purchase Orders.
• Monitor manufacturing, fabrication, procurement, inspection, shipment preparation, and transportation activities.
• Ensure vendor delivery schedules comply with contractual deadlines and project requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify potential delivery risks, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and implement delay mitigation measures.
• Monitor shipping documentation and ensure timely readiness for transportation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supply chain information in SAP.
• Monitor Goods Receipts, contractual milestones, and expected delivery dates.
• Support the evaluation of delivery delays, vendor claims, and contractual variations.
• Prepare vendor performance feedback and progress reports.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain operations in a similar position.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement cycles, and material delivery schedules.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
