Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in one of the Big 4 firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG). The ideal candidate will have reached the level of Senior Audit Manager (or equivalent) and possess extensive expertise in financial reporting, audit, internal controls, and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and enhance internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Support business transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial excellence.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop finance team members while promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Previous experience with PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG is mandatory.
• Experience at Senior Audit Manager level (or equivalent leadership position).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, auditing, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Azerbaijani and/or Russian is a plus.
