HR Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support HR operations, employee relations, labour compliance, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local labour legislation and company HR policies
• Monitor employment contracts, working hours, payroll-related documentation, leave entitlements, and other HR records
• Coordinate HR-related matters with employees, contractors, and subcontractors
• Support employee relations and handle day-to-day employee queries
• Monitor and support employee grievance and disciplinary processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and labour documentation
• Support HR audits and prepare required reports and documentation
• Monitor expatriate employees’ migration and employment documentation
• Participate in regular site visits and labour compliance inspections
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives
• Liaise with external auditors, government institutions, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani labour legislation and HR processes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication, coordination, and employee relations skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience with HRMS or digital HR/compliance systems is an advantage
• Experience working with contractors/subcontractors or within project/construction environments would be a strong advantage
