Incoming Tourism Specialist

Type: Full-time (40h/week / 2 days off / 10:00–19:00)

Your Mission

• You’ll turn inquiries into experiences, ideas into itineraries, and clients into lifelong partners

What You'll Be Doing (and Rocking)

• Support the daily operations of an international travel company
• Communicate with travel partners, hotels, and suppliers from around the world
• Assist with travel quotations, reservations, and operational coordination
• Prepare travel documents, vouchers, confirmations, and other booking-related paperwork
• Coordinate hotels, transportation, guides, restaurants, and other travel services
• Ensure all bookings are accurate and delivered on time
• Maintain and update information in the company's internal systems
• Solve challenges quickly and help ensure a seamless travel experience for our guests
• Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers
• Work closely with different departments and contribute wherever your skills make the biggest impact

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism or a related field
• Experience in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality 
• Excellent command of English 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with numbers, pricing, and basic reports
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude
