IT Business Analyst - Ateshgah Sigorta (Bakı, 2026)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business processes into system specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testable scenarios.
• Design and document employee activity tracking, time allocation, managerial approval, and exception-handling workflows.
• Define business rules for weekly reporting, configurable working hours, approval hierarchies, delegation, and access permissions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain organizational structures, activity catalogs, project catalogs, and employee parameters.
• Prepare process diagrams, workflow descriptions, API-related specifications, and data mapping documentation.
• Maintain requirements and decisions in Jira and Confluence.
• Support QA activities, user acceptance testing, pilot operations, and change management.
• Ensure consistency between business requirements and implemented functionality.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business or systems analysis for enterprise software projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, BPMN, UML, and process modeling.
• Ability to write precise functional specifications and unambiguous acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL, REST APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Experience with workflow systems, approval processes, and role-based access models.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR management, workforce management, time tracking, or project accounting systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, organizational hierarchies, and enterprise identity management.
• Experience working with developers and testers in short delivery cycles.
• Understanding of BI reporting requirements and data quality principles.
