IT Onsite Specialist

A leading international company is currently looking for an experienced and reliable IT Onsite Specialist to join its IT team and support daily technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to end-users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and user account management
• Maintain local IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and cabling
• Administer Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and corporate applications
• Manage IT assets, tagging, tracking, and lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliance with IT security and corporate governance standards
• Conduct IT trainings for employees in English
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365
• Understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• English proficiency (spoken & written) — minimum Intermediate level
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage
