Job Responsibilities:
- Make accounting entries based on clients’ transactions in accounting software (1C, SAP or other relevant systems);
- Assist in the preparation of draft tax returns (Simplified tax, VAT, WHT, etc.) under the supervision of senior team members;
- Assist with bank and cash transaction processing, including preparation of payment orders, expense reports, cash receipt and disbursement orders, and other related documents;
- Support in the preparation of accounts receivable/payable aging reports;
- Conduct basic research on tax and accounting matters;
- Support client engagement teams with document management and filing;
- Perform other tax, accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by senior team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, economics or anther related business discipline;
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting/finance and tax (experience in a consulting or outsourcing environment is an advantage);
- Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting principles;
- Progress toward professional qualifications such as ACCA (FA, or equivalent) is an advantage;
- Good command of MS Office applications;
- Pre-intermediate or higher level of English;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a responsible approach to assigned tasks.
