Junior Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Specialist to support our Customer Success Lead in working with client users during system trainings, UAT sessions, and implementation activities. This role is suitable for someone who is communicative, organized, and interested in learning how business software systems are implemented and adopted by customers.
Important: This role includes regular business travel to regions across Azerbaijan to support client trainings and implementation activities. While travel is not expected immediately upon joining, it will become a key part of the role. All work-related travel is fully covered by the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CS Lead during client training sessions and UAT activities.
- Help users understand how to use the system based on provided instructions and training materials.
- Assist users with basic system actions during training and testing sessions.
- Collect user questions, comments, issues, and feedback.
- Document feedback in a clear and structured way.
- Escalate all questions, risks, and issues to the CS Lead.
- Help prepare and update simple user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with client users.
- Follow the instructions, priorities, and communication guidelines provided by the CS Lead.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills ad good attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear notes and structure information.
- Responsibility and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of business software or web systems.
- Ability to work with users in a calm and professional manner.
- Azerbaijani language is required; Russian and English are an advantage.
- Experience with Jira, task tracking tools, user support, training, or documentation is a plus.
