1. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Tələblər:

 

1. Conduct user trainings for medical staff and laboratory personnel
2. Support customers in the effective and accurate use of devices
3. Perform method verification, calibration, and quality control setup during installations
4. Deliver remote and on-site application support to resolve customer issues
5. Collaborate with the technical service team to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Perform software and firmware upgrades on laboratory devices when required
7. Prepare training materials, user guides, and workflow recommendations
8. Participate in demonstrations, product presentations, and clinical evaluations
9. Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the product and service teams
10. Ensure proper documentation of installations, trainings, and customer requests
11. Participate in industry events, workshops, and exhibitions when required
12. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated with new technologies
