Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and workforce development needs;
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify organizational, departmental, and individual learning requirements;
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs;
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content for various development initiatives;
  • Design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding and orientation programs for new employees;
  • Develop leadership, professional skills, and competency-based development programs;
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning outcomes and program impact;
  • Collaborate with managers to support the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees;
  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of Digital Learning Solutions across the organization;
  • Support the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other e-learning platforms;
  • Create and develop online training courses, microlearning modules, video-based learning materials, and interactive learning content;
  • Organize and coordinate hybrid and virtual learning programs;
  • Research emerging digital learning trends and recommend innovative learning solutions for implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related area;
  • Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning program design;
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Strong communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Willingness to travel on business trips when required.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Baku, Azerbaijan 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 
  • Accommodation provided during business trips
