We are expanding our operations and are looking for a reliable and well-organized female professional to manage front office and administrative functions.

Tələblər:

* Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of logistics;

* Higher education;

* Knowledge of container transportation is an advantage;

* Analytical and logical thinking skills;

* Experience in logistics planning and organization;

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);

* Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;

* Extensive knowledge of wagon and container transportation;

* Strong sales skills.

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

* Ensure the transportation of import, export, and transit cargoes, including thorough research of freight rates and terminals usage conditions;

* Obtain accurate cargo information from clients and suppliers, collect and verify the accompanying documentation for orders, and maintain proper archiving of documents;

* Facilitate contracts for transportation, forwarding, and other related services;

* Prepare regular reports on shipments;

* Regularly improve geographical and other relevant knowledge to compare tariffs of various routes.
