We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Intern (Contractor) to join our team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or final-year student to gain hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain operations, purchasing, and commercial support within an international environment. The successful candidate will support the team in day-to-day activities while developing practical knowledge of logistics and business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support logistics activities, including shipment coordination, tracking, and documentation.
• Assist with transportation and delivery follow-up to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain and update logistics records, reports, and databases.
• Support purchasing activities, including supplier communication and document preparation.
• Assist with purchase order administration and follow-up.
• Provide support to Inside Sales activities when required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent graduate (within the last 3 years) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in developing a career in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken); Russian would be an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach to work.
• Basic SAP knowledge would be beneficial.
