Maliyyə üzrə təcrübəçi - Finance Intern

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with data entry and maintaining financial records.
• Preparing and organizing invoices, checking of payments supporting documentation and expense reports.
• Helping with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assisting in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Using Excel and accounting ERP software (SAP) to input financial information under supervision.
• Performing basic financial data analysis and identifying discrepancies.
• Reconciling bank statements and financial records under supervision.
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing procedures under supervision.
• Collecting and organizing information for audits.
• Conducting basic financial research and gathering company data from project accounting teams when required.
• Providing general administrative support to the finance department.
• Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.

Key Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Experience & Technical Skills

• Prior professional experience is an advantage; Other experience such as internship, coursework, or short-term project experience is accepted.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables, basic data analysis).
• Previous experience with Excel, accounting tasks, data entry, or financial reporting is desirable.
• Knowledge of accounting ERP on a basic level is desirable; knowledge of SAP ERP software is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with financial data and spreadsheets accurately.
