Marketing Specialist – Luxury Fashion Segment

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strengthen brand awareness, and collaborate with international brand partners, agencies, and internal teams to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate 360° marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, PR, CRM, events, influencer collaborations, and in-store activations.
• Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with international brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Support marketing budget tracking and other projects assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or premium retail.
• Experience in 360° marketing campaigns, digital marketing, PR, CRM, and event management.
• Experience working with international brands and external agencies.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
• Languages: English - fluent, Russian - fluent, Azerbaijani - fluent
