Mid-Level Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (service agreements, consultancy agreements, NDAs, shareholder agreements, franchise agreements, framework agreements, PPPs, etc.).
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, investment, land, construction, and regulatory matters.
• Support healthcare licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation, legal opinions, governance materials, and regulatory analyses.
• Participate in investment transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring projects.
• Coordinate with government authorities, external legal advisors, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on business operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
• LL.M. from an internationally recognized foreign university is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience in a reputable law firm or corporate environment.
• Excellent legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and spoken).
