Position Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, document management, office communication, and providing general support to management and staff.

Conditions:

  • Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
  • Salary: 800–1000 AZN net
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Organize travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and business trip logistics.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
  • Welcome visitors and provide administrative support to management and employees.
  • Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office management experience.
  • Fluent Russian language skills (mandatory).
  • Good command of Azerbaijani language.
  • Good command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
