Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our logistics company.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders
• Preparing quotations and pricing offers
• Coordinating daily operational activities
• Managing documentation and reporting
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and transport providers
• Monitoring shipments and delivery schedules
• Resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Supporting general logistics and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or operations is preferred
• Knowledge of English and Russian is mandatory
• Good computer and MS Office skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive

Conditions:

• Location: m Koroglu
• Working Hours: 09:00-18:00
• Salary: 1000-1500 azn
