Outbound Cold Caller — Appointment Setter (Sales)

About us:

We're a fast-growing home services company serving US clients.

We're scaling our outbound sales operation and need experienced cold callers to help us book maintenance appointments.

 

What you'll do:

1. Make 400+ outbound cold calls per day to homeowners from our contact lists
2. Use our proven script to introduce our service and book maintenance appointments
3. Handle objections and close for the appointment
4. Re-engage past prospects from our database (callbacks)
5. Log every call accurately in our CRM (we'll train you on it)
6. Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment targets

This is outbound sales work, not customer service. You'll be dialing 6+ hours a day, actively closing appointments — not waiting for the phone to ring.

 

Not a fit if:

1. You prefer email or chat to phone
2. You get discouraged by rejection
3. You're an "order-taker" who waits for incoming calls
4. You can't show specific past performance numbers

Schedule:

1. 5-6 Days a week, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time

Compensation:

We pay strong base + uncapped commission + bonuses. Hard work pays off here.

1. Base pay: $3/hour
2. Commission: $10 per appointment booked AND showed
3. Conversion bonus: 10% of the closed job value when a booked appointment converts to a sale (average closed job = $1,200, so average bonus = $120 per conversion)
4. Monthly volume bonus (based on booked + showed appointments):
5. 30+ appointments: +$200
6. 50+ appointments: +$500
7. 70+ appointments: +$1,000
8. 90+ appointments: +$1,500
9. Top performer perks: Best monthly performer gets PTO, USD gift cards, and first pick of new campaigns

Realistic monthly earnings (USD):

1. New hire ramp (months 1-2): $1,500-$2,000/month
2. Average performer: $2,500-$3,500/month
3. Top performer: $5,000-$7,000/month ($60,000-$84,000 USD/year)

Quick math on a strong performer:

1. ~$516 base (40 hrs/week × ~$3/hr × ~4.3 weeks)
2. ~60 appointments × $10 = $600
3. ~18 conversions × $120 = $2,160
4. Monthly volume bonus (50+ tier) = $500
5. Total: ~$3,800/month USD

Top performers booking 80+ appointments/month with strong conversion rates regularly hit $6,000-$7,000 USD/month. We pay weekly, in USD, via wire or international transfer.

We pay for performance, not seat time. The harder you work and the better you close, the more you earn — uncapped.
