Procurement/Sourcing Intern

A leading global technology company is currently seeking qualified contractors for key positions.

The Procurement/Sourcing Intern is responsible for analyzing the spending with 3rd party suppliers, prepare and run RFQ, onboard new suppliers. Functions as Sourcing Intern and assists in Negotiating new prices and agreements. The position reports to the Sourcing Specialist or Sourcing Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Procurement master data management.
• Support with transactional tasks.
• Spot market checks.
• Contract’s expiration and prolongation tracking.
• Local requesters support and guidance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduation in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts
• Good level of English, Azerbaijani. Russian is preferred.
• Microsoft office knowledge is a must. Outlook, Good Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive
