Production Materials Controller

Role overview: 

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Materials Controller to help ensure our production processes run smoothly by managing materials, monitoring operational performance, and driving continuous improvements.

What You'll be doing:

• Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw and packaging materials for production. 
• Monitor inventory levels and material consumption in line with approved standards. 
• Coordinate material movements and support efficient warehouse-to-production processes. 
• Prepare and maintain production reports, documentation, and operational records. 
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. 
• Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliations. 
• Support implementation of Carlsberg Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. 
• Monitor key production KPIs and prepare regular analytical reports. 
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or a related field. 
• More than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. 
• Has experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is considered an advantage). 
• Highly organized, accurate, and attentive to detail. 
• Communicate effectively and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. 
• Takes ownership, acts proactively, and continuously looks for better ways of working.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large data volumes;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis;
• Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability);
• fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - preferred
