Raw & Packaging Materials Planning and Delivery Specialist

Role overview: 

• We are looking for a Raw & Packaging Materials Planning and Delivery Specialist to help keep production supplied with the right materials, in the right quantities, at the right time. In this role, you will plan requirements for raw materials and packaging components, manage purchase orders and deliveries, and work with suppliers and internal teams to prevent shortages while maintaining healthy stock levels.

What You'll be doing:

• Plan raw and packaging material requirements based on production schedules, bills of materials, consumption forecasts, inventory levels and outstanding orders;
• Issue purchase orders, coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and monitor shipments through to warehouse receipt;
• Maintain appropriate safety stock and stock coverage by monitoring reorder points, lead times and potential supply shortages;
• Revise material and delivery plans as production priorities change, including during new product launches and packaging transitions;
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Logistics teams to resolve supply issues and maintain material availability;
• Analyze inventory levels, material consumption and supplier performance, and prepare regular reports to support planning decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field);
• More than 2 years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, procurement or a related supply chain role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing;

 Skills:

• Strong analytical, communication and prioritisation skills, with a proactive approach to solving problems;
• Strong Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience and knowledge of Power Query or Power BI are advantages 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• A sound understanding of MRP, inventory management and production planning;
• fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate.
