Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales and Business Development Manager to lead business development activities and drive revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead and conduct client negotiations for sustainable growth and generate sales.
• Drive sales lead generation through various channels, including networking, partnerships, and digital platforms.
• Oversee, manage, and report on the sales pipeline.
• Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Monitor tender platforms and manage submissions to ensure they are timely, accurate, and competitive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term engagement.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within the furniture & interior materials, banking, insurance, or real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; proficiency in English and Russian is an advantage.
