Sales Director – HoReCa - TWC Management Consulting (Bakı)

About us

• Kunafe is a confectionery manufacturer in Baku that makes high-quality oriental sweets. Our distribution network is growing fast, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our HoReCa channel and turn it into a key growth driver for the company.

Your mission

Build, lead and grow Kunafe’s presence in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering across Azerbaijan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the HoReCa sales strategy, including targets, pricing, terms and channel priorities
• Build, lead and motivate the HoReCa sales team; set KPIs and track performance
• Acquire and personally manage key accounts: restaurant chains, hotels, catering companies and coffee chains
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms and long-term partnerships
• Analyze the market, competitors and customer needs, and find new segments and opportunities
• Plan sales budgets, forecasts and reporting for top management
• Work with production, logistics and marketing to ensure smooth delivery and strong service quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Background in FMCG, food, confectionery or beverage distribution is a strong advantage
• An established network of contacts in Baku’s restaurant and hotel market
• Proven record of building sales teams and hitting ambitious targets
• Strong negotiation, analytical and strategic planning skills
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage
