BlackWell is looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to promote the company’s products and brands across the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with industrial plants and factories, attract new customers, and secure vendor status with key clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote BlackWell’s products and brand portfolio to existing and potential customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industrial plants, factories, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and attract new customers to expand the company’s client base
  • Lead the vendor registration and prequalification process with new industrial plants and enterprises
  • Conduct meetings, product presentations, and technical introductions for clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare commercial offers, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate terms with customers
  • Participate in tenders and bidding processes on behalf of the company
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Candidate Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas or Industrial sector (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and customer acquisition
  • Experience with vendor registration and prequalification processes is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken)
  • Driving license (category B) and willingness to travel for client visits
