Senior Procurement Specialist

Rapid Services Azerbaijan is looking for an experienced and responsible professional to join our team and ensure the effective management and oversight of the company’s procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and managing all procurement processes of the company;
• Organizing tender and quotation procedures, preparing relevant documentation, and monitoring the progress of procurement processes;
• Researching suppliers, identifying potential business partners, and conducting comparative analyses of commercial offers;
• Conducting price research and selecting the most cost-effective procurement offers;
• Negotiating with suppliers and agreeing on favorable cooperation terms;
• Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating contracts, as well as monitoring their implementation;
• Ensuring the proper preparation of procurement documentation and compliance with relevant procedures;
• Managing the procurement budget and optimizing costs;
• Preparing procurement reports and presenting them to management.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field ;
• Relevant work experience in procurement, particularly in the oil and gas sector;
• Knowledge of tender and quotation procedures, procurement documentation, and contract management;
• Strong negotiation, commercial offer analysis, and decision-making skills;
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel;
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to manage multiple procurement processes simultaneously and maintain a results-oriented approach.

Working Conditions and Salary

• Work Location: Baku, Aga Business Centre ;
• Salary: Competitive salary, to be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, experience, and professional competencies during the interview process.
• Working Schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00
