Senior Project Manager (ERP & Enterprise Digital Transformation)

Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise technology projects, with a primary focus on ERP implementations, systems integration, business transformation, and digital initiatives.
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive sponsors. This role requires a strong leader who takes full ownership of project delivery- from project initiation through go-live and hypercare- while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects, including ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, systems integrations, and business applications.
• Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and overall delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, budgets, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
• Establish project governance structures, including Steering Committees, project status reporting, and executive communication.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders, executive sponsors, external vendors, and implementation partners.
• Lead project planning workshops, requirement review sessions, solution discussions, and decision-making meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, QA, Data Migration, Integration, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.
• Drive issue resolution by proactively identifying delivery risks, removing roadblocks, and escalating critical issues when required.
• Ensure effective scope management and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project financials, including budget, forecasts, resource utilization, and project profitability where applicable.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards before User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production deployment.
• Lead project planning, execution, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Promote continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and project management best practices.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to the development of PMO standards, templates, and governance processes.
• Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies depending on business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, or similar enterprise solutions).
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects involving integrations, data migration, testing, training, and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, vendor management, procurement, and commercial aspects of projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical teams.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience facilitating Steering Committee meetings and executive project reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Jira, Planner, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, SAP, Oracle ERP, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience working within a PMO environment and contributing to project governance frameworks.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple countries or legal entities is considered an advantage.
