Service Operator

Tegeta Motors Baku is inviting a customer-oriented and talented professional to join our team as a Service Operator.

Your Role

• As the first point of contact for our customers and an important member of the service team, you will ensure that our clients receive convenient and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries and provide professional consultations.
• Schedule customers for service appointments.
• Coordinate processes between customers and service center specialists.
• Monitor the quality of communication with customers.
• Work with internal systems and customer data.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout every stage of the service process.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and clear, professional speech.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a genuine willingness to help people.
• Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service within the automotive service industry is required.
