Site Supervisor

Position Overview

• The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction site activities to ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements. The role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring work progress, and supporting the timely and efficient delivery of assigned projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate site labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution of works.
• Monitor construction progress against project schedules and report delays, risks, and issues to the Construction Manager.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and non-conformities are addressed.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, site safety procedures, and company policies.
• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, HSE personnel, and other relevant teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor the proper use, handling, and storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, and site activities.
• Support inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover activities.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of assigned works.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision within the construction or fit-out industry.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, specifications, and site execution practices.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and construction site safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani is required.
