Study Abroad Consultant

Position Overview

• We are looking for a Study Abroad Consultant who will guide students through every stage of their international education journey—from university selection and application to visa processes and final departure. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping young people achieve their academic dreams.

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Employment type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on suitable universities, programs, and countries based on their academic and financial profile.
• Support students with application forms, personal statements, essays, and scholarship opportunities.
• Provide step-by-step guidance for visa applications and travel documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
• Represent the company at educational fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in study abroad consulting, student advising, or admissions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Positive, professional, and student-centered attitude.
