Technical Virtual Assistant & AI Data Annotator (Freelance / Remote)

Summary 

• We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented, and patient Virtual Assistant to assist with online data processing, AI annotation projects, and generalist tasks. This is a flexible, long-term remote position requiring at least 2-3 hours of dedicated work daily, with the ability to overlap 4-5 hours within the US Central Daylight Time (CDT) window (between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM CDT).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality AI data annotation, text analysis, and image evaluation.
• Carefully read, comprehend, and strictly follow complex project guidelines.
• Handle generalist virtual assistant tasks, internet research, and data entry.
• Maintain clear, daily communication regarding task progress.

Requirements

• Language: Advanced to Fluent English (C1/C2 level or valid IELTS certificate) is strictly required. You must have excellent reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Technical Skills: Priority will be given to candidates with an IT or AI background. Familiarity with AI tools, data annotation platforms, or basic coding concepts is highly advantageous.
• Attributes: Highly patient, responsible, and detail-oriented. You must be the kind of person who catches small mistakes.
• Availability: Must be able to work 2 to 5 hours daily. You need to have 4-5 hours of overlapping availability with US CDT (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM).
• Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a dependable computer.

Compensation & Performance Note 

• While this is a standard hourly/fixed-rate role, experienced assistants (or fast-learning students) who consistently deliver exceptional, error-free work may be eligible for periodic, project-based bonuses on select, high-complexity tasks.
