Visual Arts Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
• Teach drawing, painting, composition, art history, 3D art, and mixed media.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues.
• Participate in school exhibitions, activities, and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, Painting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Experience in international schools and familiarity with the IB curriculum
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in various artistic disciplines
• Ability to deliver creative, inquiry-based lessons to different age groups
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills

Visual Arts will be taught in English at an IB School. Therefore, English proficiency is mandatory, and interviews will be conducted in English.
