Window Dresser

Workplace: Crescent Mall, Nargiz Mall, Ganjlik Mall, 28 Mall

Reports to: Store Manager

Responsibilities

• responsible of all aspect related to the windows 
• on average, 8 hours is allocated for one window. The number of hours can be increased by need
• dressing window mannequins in multiple stores. Ensure the windows are up to date and on the highest standards 
• managing working process to ensure consistent high standards and all tasks are completed on time 
• fluid communication with Regional WD, and close working to store, department and operation managers, for any needs and situation 
• control the quality of window in all stores according to the company standard

Preparing windows for the start of the new season 

• Control decoration’s delivery 
• Packing list (PL) / orders / assemble instructions / communication with operation team and general service 
• Painting of the windows 
• Options and window changes 
• Window dressing step by step 
• Communication with regional window expert & store managers 
• Collect items from the option 
• Preparing items for the window changes 
• Working with mannequins, silhouettes inside the window 
• Organization and installation of the light in windows 
• Working on details 
• Photo report of the windows for feedback 

Preparing windows for the Christmas

• Control decoration’s delivery 
• Packing list (PL) / orders / assemble instructions 
• Options and window changes 
• Window dressing step by step 
• Information material for windows (vinyl/special polygraphy)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion retail.
• Good knowledge of window dresser standards 
• Passion for fashion with a strong sense of style, trends, color and product presentation.
• Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Azerbaijani and English language proficiency; Russian is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Ability to maintain professional standards and represent the brand image.
