Bar Supervisor

Main duties:

• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Must participate in the preparation of the bar's cocktail and wine menu
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Monitor the proper use of the Micros cash system by employees.
• Conduct an inventory with the Finance Department at the end of the month and report the results to the Food and Beverage Manager
• Must compile the weekly work schedule of employees and strictly monitor their punctuality. 
• Ensure that the workplace is kept clean and tidy, and that the service is at a standard level.

Candidate requirements:

• Proven hotel experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Communication and leadership skills
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
