As Cluster Director of Finance, you'll safeguard the hotels' assets and deliver the financial strategy, controls and reporting that guide profitable decision-making — partnering closely with the General Manager and the wider executive leadership.

What you'll do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and corporate requirements
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business decisions
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
• Partner with operational leaders to maximize profitability and efficiency

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Professional qualification is highly preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles within hospitality
• Strong understanding of hotel financial operations, controls, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Integrity, discretion and a collaborative, guest-focused mindset
