Content & Community Manager

Reports to Marketing & Commercial Director

What are expected from the candidate:

Content Management

• Prepare monthly content plan for each brand
• Benchmark local and international restaurant brands and identify relevant trends
• Define monthly content requirements
• Prepare briefs for photographers, videographers and designers
• Coordinate production days with restaurants and contractors
• Review delivered content and ensure brand consistency
• Maintain an organized content library
• Schedule and publish posts, Reels and Stories
• Ensure daily publishing according to approved content plans
• Coordinate campaign, event and promotional communications

Community Management

• Centrally manage incoming social-media communication for all assigned brands
• Respond to Instagram DMs and comments
• Monitor and respond to Google Reviews, TripAdvisor and other relevant platforms
• Escalate complaints and operational issues to the responsible restaurant manager
• Track unanswered inquiries and ensure response SLA is maintained
• Prepare a short monthly report on inquiries, complaints, reviews and recurring guest issues

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Experience in social media and content management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and Stories formats
• Strong visual sense and understanding of restaurant and lifestyle content
• Ability to create content plans and creative briefs
• Ability to coordinate photographers, videographers, and designers
• Ability to manage multiple restaurant brands simultaneously
• Excellent written communication skills in Azerbaijani
• Russian and English are an advantage
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
