Crew Logistics Coordinator

Work Location: Offshore Construction Vessel

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in offshore vessel administration
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good knowledge of offshore crew documentation and certification
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to react quickly and efficiently to last-minute personnel and logistics changes

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate offshore and onshore personnel movements and crew changes
• Maintain vessel manning levels and personnel schedules
• Ensure passports, visas, work permits, certificates and other crew documentation are valid and up to date
• Maintain and monitor offshore crew training and competency certification records
• Coordinate required training and competency assessments for offshore personnel
• Prepare and update crew personnel matrices and working/time-off schedules
• Coordinate crew boat schedules and personnel transportation
• Verify crew certificates and documentation with relevant training providers
• Collect crew movement reports and monthly man-hour reports
• Liaise with vessel administrators, training teams and project functions regarding crew logistics
• Support vessel documentation and certification processes
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
