Driver Process & Retention Specialist

Conditions:

• Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (main office – Kaunas, Lithuania)
• Work format: Full-time, office-based
• Salary: From 600 AZN + performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the driver's entire process from recruitment to arrival and employment;
• Collect, review and prepare driver documents for the migration process;
• Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate their completion or correction;
• Advise drivers on required documents, procedures, deadlines and arrival arrangements;
• Maintain regular communication with drivers and keep them informed about the progress of their application;
• Coordinate with recruitment, migration, HR, training and other relevant departments;
• Maintain and update driver information and process statuses in internal systems;
• Plan and coordinate the driver's arrival for training or work;
• Monitor each driver's process and ensure that all stages are completed on time;
• Identify potential issues during the process and coordinate solutions;
• Ensure that drivers are properly prepared for arrival, training and employment;
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with drivers throughout the process.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian language – both spoken and written;
• Good English language – both spoken and written;
• Previous experience in administration, HR, recruitment, customer service, document management or a similar position is an advantage;
• Experience working with truck drivers or in the transport industry is a strong advantage;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Attention to detail and responsibility when working with documents;
• Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proactive and responsible approach to work;
• Strong focus on achieving results and completing processes successfully.
